Reservation Policy:
We accept Master Card or
Visa. You will be charged the full amount at the
time you make your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations are
accepted up to two weeks prior to the date of the
reservation. If you cancel up to two weeks prior
to your reservation, you will receive a full refund
less a $20 booking fee.
- Cancellations made
less than two weeks prior to the reservation date, one
nights rental will be charged. If multiple cabins
have been reserved, one nights rental will be charge
for each cabin which as been reserved.
- If you re-book for
a later date after being charged for the one night per
cabin, that payment will be applied to your next stay.
- If, for any reason,
you leave in the middle of your reserved stay, you may
use the remaining nights for a later stay when our
cabin (s) is vacant. We do
not give refunds.
Pet Policy:
We allow pets as a courtesy to our guests. As our
guest, you are asked to respect our property and abide
by our policy for pets.
- We permit pets in
some of our cabins and do so
only by prior arrangement. There is a
$5.00/night charge for a pet.
- We do not allow
aggressive pets; that is pets that have bitten humans,
attempted to bite humans or exhibit aggressive
behavior toward humans. If, after you arrive,
your pet becomes aggressive toward others, you may be
asked to leave with no refund.
- Please keep your
dog on a leash at all times.
- If your pet damages
or destroys our property, you will be charged for that
property.
- Please clean up
after your pet inside and outside of the cabin.
If you fail to do so, you will be charged a $50.00
cleaning fee.
- If your pet is left
in the cabin, it must be crated. At the time of
check-in, we will check to see that you have a crate.
- You may not have
your pet in the cabin if it is not house broken.
Cabin
Use Policy:
- There is no maid
service provided during your stay.
- If you need extra
towels or have other requests, you may call us to
bring you what you may need.
- There is
no smoking in our cabins.
You may smoke outside the cabins if you dispose of
your cigarette butts in the containers provided.
- If you smoke in a
cabin, you will be charged a $25.00 fee for
deodorizing that cabin.
- You are asked to do
your own dishes. We provide dish soap. If
dishes are left, you will be charged a $25.00 cleaning
fee. There is a linen bag or hamper provided in each
cabin for your dirty linens and towels. Please
use the bag or hamper.
- If you use candles,
please use them responsibly. Please use candle
holders. If there is damage caused by candles,
you will be charged for that damage.
- We ask that you
leave the cabin in good order. If you move
furniture, please return it to the original location.
The indoor furniture is not for outdoor use.
Please do not move furniture outside.
- Please do not leave
dirty dishes. If you do so, there will be an
additional charge of $10.00 + tax.
Hot Tub Use Policy:
- Our hot tubs need
to be covered at all times when not in use.
Please do not stand on or place anything on top of the
hot tub covers.
- Please do not add
anything to the hot tub water, i.e., oils, lotions,
soaps, perfumes. We carefully maintain the
chemical balance of the water to eliminate bacteria.
Additives may destroy the balance.
- If you are
pregnant, please consult your physician prior to using
a hot tub.
- Babies and infants
are not permitted in our hot tubs.
- Pets are not
permitted in our hot tubs.
- Candles are not
permitted on our hot tubs.
- If it is necessary
to drain or repair a hot tub because of your misuse of
a it, you will be charged for the damage/repair.
